Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel paid access through the Razorpay payment flow. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds

Because Ghost-ex is a digital service delivered immediately after payment verification, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been activated. We will review requests for duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented access, or billing errors on a case-by-case basis.

Requesting help

Send refund or cancellation questions to hello@ideatoreels.xyz within 7 days of the charge. Include your Razorpay payment ID, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive payment details.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
