Information we process

When you select Generate, Ghost-ex sends the post or comment context visible on the current page, your selected tone, an optional voice profile, and any draft you provide to our API to create reply suggestions. We also process an anonymous device entitlement token to verify paid access and limited service records needed for security and abuse prevention.

Local extension storage

Your saved voice profile and recent reply history are stored locally in your browser extension storage. You can replace your voice profile or clear reply history from the extension popup.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use submitted context only to provide the requested generation, verify access, operate and protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain subscription and device records only as long as needed to provide access, address disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can remove the extension, delete this device's data, clear locally stored history, and request account-related assistance by emailing hello@ideatoreels.xyz. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated personal data.
