Digital service delivery

Ghost-ex is a digital browser extension and does not ship physical products. There are no shipping charges or physical delivery timelines.

Access delivery

After a successful Razorpay payment is verified, you can activate Ghost AI in the extension using the Razorpay payment ID. Access is typically available immediately after verification. If a webhook or payment-verification delay occurs, activation may take a short time.

Need help?

If paid access is not available after your payment has been captured, email hello@ideatoreels.xyz with your Razorpay payment ID and the email used at checkout. Do not send card, bank, UPI, or other sensitive payment details.
